Veteran of Oracle, IBM and Cognos to Guide Expansion of Leading XBRL Information Exchange Solutions Company

Boisvert as Chairman. Boisvert brings more than 30 years of executive experience at Oracle, IBM, Cognos and other leading technology companies, to the position.
