Like the basic report, the Detailed Calculation Trace report is produced by UBmatrix Processing Engine to illustrate whether the numbers provided in the XBRL instance document can be mathematically traced up the calculation tree defined in the taxonomy. The detailed report shows all intermediate roll-up levels defined in the taxonomy and lists value calculated at each level.  This report is helpful in tracing the exact location in the taxonomy hierarchy where inconsistencies exist.

Common reasons for calculation trace errors include: incorrect mappings, rounding errors, a difference in how a sign (+/-) is reported, or an incorrect roll-up defined in the extension taxonomy (in the calculation linkbase).
