Sunir Kapoor, President & CEO
Sunir Kapoor is the President and Chief Executive Officer
of UBmatrix. He is also currently serving as a member of the XBRL US board. Sunir comes to UBmatrix from Cassatt Corporation,
where he was its Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to Cassatt,
Mr. Kapoor re-joined Oracle Corporation in 2002 as the
Vice President responsible for creating and leading
the company's fourth major business: Oracle Collaboration
Suite. This was his second stint at Oracle, where he
had formerly been the Vice President of Strategic Marketing & Planning.
Kapoor co-founded E-Stamp Corporation and was its President
and CEO from inception. He is credited with inventing
the market and technology for Internet postage and leading
E-Stamp Corporation to a successful IPO. On March 31st
1998, E-Stamp brought to market the first new form of
postage evidencing in over 78 years in the U.S. Kapoor
has also held management positions at Microsoft Corporation,
where he was Director of Worldwide Business Strategy
working for the Office of the President, and responsible
in Europe for leading the Company's efforts in building
its enterprise products business. In addition, Kapoor
has held management positions for Novell Inc.'s Europe,
Middle East, and Africa organization. He has also worked
at the European Space Agency and Honeywell Inc., both
in Europe. Mr. Kapoor holds a BSc. Honours Degree in
Physics from the University of Birmingham, and an MSc.
in Computer Systems from the Cranfield Institute of
Technology, both in the UK.

Mike Makris, Chief Financial Officer
Before joining UBmatrix, Mike held the position of Vice-President and Corporate Controller at the publicly held companies of P-COM and Aviron. Mike’s recent experience also includes taking privately-held companies public, Threshold (THLD) and Genitope (GTOP). He was essential in coordinating the sale of Aviron to Medimmune and has led public companies in meeting Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Mike’s early career experience includes public accounting at KPMG and 11 years in various accounting and leadership roles for United Technologies (Fortune 100). He is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor and recently published “Benefits of XBRL for Finance Executives”. His undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Utah, his Masters degree in Management is from Purdue University.

Joseph Pistritto, Vice President, Product Development
Joseph Pistritto brings over 24 years of software development
experience to UBmatrix where he oversees development
of all UBmatrix software products. Pistritto has held
various senior management roles in software engineering
including vice president internet products at Oracle
and vice president systems engineering at PointCast.
Prior to joining Embarcadero Technologies, he was vice
president of engineering at XDegrees, which was acquired
by Microsoft. Pistritto received his BS and MS degrees
in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University
in Baltimore, Maryland.

Thomas Reinemer, Vice President Business Development and Services
Thomas joins UBmatrix
from Oracle Corporation, where he played a leading role
in developing Oracle's Collaboration Suite business.
As their Senior Director of Global Sales Support, He
was responsible for the Sales Management in EMEA and
Latin America. Prior to Oracle, Thomas was one of the
founding members of E-Stamp's Executive Management team.
As a key member of the executive team, he played a crucial
role in all aspects of developing the company, including
operations, strategic business development, fund raising,
marketing, sales, product development and the successful
IPO of the company. Prior to E-Stamp he was Senior Director
at Oracle, where he played a key role in developing
and implementing Oracle's partner strategy. Thomas has
held various management positions at Microsoft, Novell
in Germany, as well as a range of technical positions
at Intergraph Inc. of Germany and Phillips Medical Systems
in The Netherlands. Thomas holds a degree in Electronic
Processing and an advanced degree in Industrial Electronic
Processing Equipment from the Friedrich Ebert Technical
College in Wiesbaden, Germany.

Rajat Bhatnagar, Vice President Sales, Americas
Rajat Bhatnagar brings over 10 years of cross domain experience in the software industry to UBmatrix. Most recently Rajat spent 3+ years at Cassatt Corporation as Director of Sales of East evangelizing Utility Computing to IT thought leaders in Fortune 500 companies across multiple vertical industries. Prior to that he was a Principal at NextConstruct, a small systems integrator, where he created the opportunity for the firm to lead the development of an award-winning healthcare portal in the federal government. As an entrepreneur, he led a wireless software startup company, EtherLogic, in successfully licensing its secure wireless software platform for smart phones to a service of the department of defense. As Senior Vice President of Development at Panacya (now Boxtone), he led the design and development of the company’s flagship next generation enterprise systems management product, bAware. At BEA Systems, as Practice Manager, he led the professional services organization in the successful introduction and enterprise deployment of the company’s Weblogic Server J2EE product in the Mid-Atlantic. Rajat has a B.A. (Honors) in Economics from University of Delhi and an MBA from Temple University in Philadelphia.

Martin DeVille, Managing Director, Europe
Martin brings over 20 years experience in IT to his
role. Most recently he was the Business Development
Director for Oracle's Middleware Solutions and a member
of the management team responsible for Oracle's database
and middleware business in EMEA (Europe, Middle East
and Africa). Martin played a major role in the development
of several of Oracle's product lines, including Oracle's
Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing tools, and
the Oracle Collaboration Suite. He also played a part
in Oracle's own internal transformation to an Internet
marketing organisation. Prior to Oracle, Martin held
senior Business Development roles at IRI Software (Business
Intelligence tools), Sherwood Computer Services (Financial
Services software) and was a founder of the European
start-up of Natural Language Inc., developers of an
innovative English language interface for accessing
databases. Martin studied Economics at Liverpool University
and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration
from London Business School.

Steve Levine, Chief Marketing Officer
Steve brings more than 25 years of marketing and sales
experience to his role. Most recently, Steve was the
VP of Marketing at Cassatt Corp. Previously he was VP
of Product Marketing at Oracle responsible for Oracle
Collaboration Suite. Steve has held VP of Marketing
positions at high tech startups Ketera and Arcot. As
Senior Director at Oracle, He was responsible for Oracle's
first global e-commerce marketing campaign. Steve has
held marketing, sales and business development positions
at Symantec, Tektronix and ParcPlace Systems. Steve
has B.S. Computer Science from Southern Methodist University.

Darren Peterson, Vice President Product Management
Darren Peterson brings more than fifteen years of experience in enterprise software product strategy and product management to UBmatrix. Prior to UBmatrix Darren was the Vice President of Marketing for Insurance CRM leader E-Z Data. Other highlights of his career include sales and marketing leadership roles at companies including Onyx Software where he lead product management for sales force and marketing automation solutions, Ascent Partners Group where he managed merger & acquisitions and management consulting projects for clients. Darren’s career began at KPMG where he consulted as part of the government technology services practice.

Charles Hoffman, Director of Industry Solutions, Financial
Reporting
Charles focuses on technical development of XBRL and
other emerging languages. He represents the Company
in the XBRL consortium and other standards organizations.
Prior to UBmatrix acquiring his company XBRL Solutions,
Charles served as an auditor for Price Waterhouse, and
a financial officer for a number of companies. Charles
is a noted author on XBRL and a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Frederic Chapus, President, UBmatrix International
Frederic is responsible for creating new markets and
the development of international distribution channels.
He is currently focused on providing experise to both regulators and reporting banks who are implementing XBRL solutions for Basel II. UBmatrix customers he has helped include: FDIC, Banque de France/La Commission Bancaire, National Bank of Belgium/CBFA and other European Bank Regulators. Frederic brings more than 30 years of executive management
experience in the advertising, communications, TV, radio,
motion picture and telecommunication industries. As
co-founder of the International Communications Technologies
Group, he has been responsible for working with world
leaders and international government and banking relationships.

Andre Boisvert, Chairman
Andre is a long-time leader in the Business Intelligence
arena with over 25 years of executive experience with
enterprise software giants such as Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL)
and SAS Institute. He has also held senior management
positions at Cognos (NASDAQ: COGN), IBM (NYSE: IBM)
and Sagent (now part of Group 1 Software, NASDAQ: GSOF).
At Cary, NC-based SAS Institute Inc., Andre was president
and chief operating officer. While at Oracle, he was
senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing and served
as a member of Oracle's Worldwide Management Committee.
Andre has also held senior executive positions in sales,
marketing and Research & Development at Cognos and
IBM, where he was a 13-year veteran.
Andre is currently on the board of directors of several
enterprise software companies, including VA Software
(NASDAQ: LNUX), Palamida, and Dynamics Direct. In addition,
he is Chairman of the Board at both Pentaho and SlickEdit.

Barry Schuler, Founder,
The Meteor Group
For over 25 years Barry Schuler has focused on developing
emerging technologies into successful enterprises. Barry
spent over seven years with AOL, serving as chairman
and chief executive officer of AOL. Previous to those
positions Barry served as the chief architect of the
company's products and services.
Prior to his tenure at AOL, Barry was CEO and founder
of Medior, Inc., a multimedia design firm that was acquired
by AOL in 1995. Medior pioneered the use of interactive
multimedia for applications such as entertainment and
e-commerce. Medior was responsible for developing the
user interface design that helped AOL become the number
one consumer online service.
Today, Barry manages The Meteor Group, which invests
in and helps build emerging technology companies.
Peter Valentine, Valentine Enterprise
Mr. Valentine attended Cate School in Santa Barbara and subsequently went on to the University of California. He served two years in the US Navy and started his business career in San Francisco in 1964, joining the firm of Schwabacher and Co. He became a principal in 1966 and moved to the Real Estate business in 1971. In 1972 he took control and became President of Comsul Ltd. a technology consulting company, and built that organization for the next 25+ years. He sold that company in 1997 and formed a private consulting firm “Valentine Enterprise” His background in business management brings a balance of economic common sense to organizations seeking to manage assets associated with employee support.
Mr. Valentine is the author of several articles on "smart buildings" and co-author of the John Wiley & Sons publication: The Commercial Real Estate Tenant's Handbook.
